Yes, all therapists are fully registered with The Chartered Society of
Physiotherapy and comply with all professional and legal regulations required

Do you offer clinic appointments?
We do have a clinic subject to availability, most of our appointments we
visit you in the comfort of your home.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please provide any relevant medical records, a list of current medications,
referral letters (if you have one. Comfortable clothing may be recommended.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required for appointments. However, some consultants or
healthcare professional may provide a referral.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Appointment availability varies depending on the therapist’s availability, we
aim to offer an appointment within the week.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions you will need will be discussed at your initial
appointment with our specialist therapist. It varies depending on your
condition, severity, and personal goals. We’ll give you a clear, honest timeline
after your assessment, so you know what to expect.
How do I pay?
We accept payments by bank transfer only; payments are required 48
hours prior to the appointment.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Full details are available in

Can I use my health insurance?
No, unfortunately we are not registered with insurance companies.
However, we can provide receipts for reimbursement.
How long is each physiotherapy session?
Initial appointments typically last 60 -70 minutes, while follow-up sessions
are around 60 minutes.
How soon will I feel results?
Some patients notice improvement after just a couple of sessions, while
others may need more time depending on their condition. Our goal is not just
quick relief — but lasting recovery.
