Experienced Rehabilitation, Personal to You
Becky began her career in the NHS in London before specialising in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation at a major private hospital. Since relocating to the south coast, she has worked in NHS falls prevention alongside treating neurological and vestibular patients in private practice.
Her experience brings together specialist assessment, practical movement rehabilitation and an understanding of how balance difficulties affect daily life. She also provides Tai Chi for rehabilitation for people living with multiple sclerosis and dementia, and for local charities.
Through Estuary Physio’s home physiotherapy service, your treatment is built around what matters to you: getting out of a chair, walking around the house, managing steps or returning to an activity you enjoy.

Dizziness and vertigo can make getting out of bed, turning your head or moving around the house feel difficult. Becky provides specialist vestibular assessment and rehabilitation at home where suitable.
Her skills include the Epley manoeuvre, used where assessment identifies appropriate benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), alongside personalised vestibular rehabilitation.
Not all dizziness is caused by a vestibular condition or is suitable for physiotherapy. We will discuss your symptoms before booking and advise if medical assessment is needed first.

Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can contact Estuary Physio directly to discuss a home assessment. If you have a referral or relevant medical information, we can review it as part of planning your care.
Is the service only for neurological conditions?
No. Alongside specialist neurological and vestibular rehabilitation, we support older adults, falls prevention, post-hospital and post-operative recovery, pain and reduced mobility.
Can I arrange physiotherapy for a parent or family member?
Yes. Contact us with their postcode and a brief outline of their needs. We will discuss the next steps, with assessment and treatment taking place with the person’s consent or through the appropriate decision-making process.
Can Becky help with vertigo or BPPV at home?
Becky has specialist vestibular rehabilitation experience and skills in the Epley manoeuvre. Suitability depends on the cause of your symptoms and assessment findings. Please discuss your symptoms with us first so we can advise whether a home assessment is appropriate.
How much does a home visit cost, and is travel included?
Sessions cost £130, including travel within our agreed local coverage area. Discounted rehabilitation packages are available; our team will explain the current options before you book.
