Neurological Conditions
Individual rehabilitation for people living with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions affecting movement and independence.
Specialist physiotherapy in your own home, helping you move with greater confidence, recover after illness or surgery, and manage everyday life. Our Chichester service is delivered by Rebecca Yeoman, a highly specialist physiotherapist with over 18 years’ experience.
18+ years’ experience • NHS & private practice background • Home visits
Becky began her career in the NHS in London before specialising in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation at a major private hospital. Since relocating to the south coast, she has worked in NHS falls prevention alongside treating neurological and vestibular patients in private practice.
Her experience brings together specialist assessment, practical movement rehabilitation and an understanding of how balance difficulties affect daily life. She also provides Tai Chi for rehabilitation for people living with multiple sclerosis and dementia, and for local charities.
Through Estuary Physio’s home physiotherapy service, your treatment is built around what matters to you: getting out of a chair, walking around the house, managing steps or returning to an activity you enjoy.

Learn about our neurological physiotherapy approachDizziness and vertigo can make getting out of bed, turning your head or moving around the house feel difficult. Becky provides specialist vestibular assessment and rehabilitation at home where suitable.
Her skills include the Epley manoeuvre, used where assessment identifies appropriate benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), alongside personalised vestibular rehabilitation.
Not all dizziness is caused by a vestibular condition or is suitable for physiotherapy. We will discuss your symptoms before booking and advise if medical assessment is needed first.
Ask about vestibular assessmentClear guidance from your first assessment, with treatment shaped around your goals and reviewed as your needs change.
We discuss your medical history, concerns and goals, then assess the movement or symptoms affecting you and your home environment.
We explain the findings, agree achievable priorities and discuss the treatment and appointment frequency suitable for you.
Sessions combine treatment and guided practice appropriate to your needs, with clear advice for activities between visits.
We review your response and progress towards agreed goals, adapting the programme and involving family or carers where helpful.
