What to Expect from a Home Visit in London

London homes vary, terraces, flats with lifts (or without), residents’ parking and permit zones. We plan arrival windows and bring portable kit to work safely in your space. Your first visit includes a thorough analysis of movement, balance, gait and strength, plus practice of everyday tasks in your rooms and routines. Treatment may include balance and gait re-training, progressive strengthening, pain management strategies, breathing techniques and a written plan you can follow between sessions. Where helpful, we’ll liaise with your London GP or hospital team and can involve family or carers.

Parking & Access


Please let us know about permits, concierge access, lift/stairs, or congestion/ULEZ considerations. We’ll schedule accordingly and keep things simple on the day.
